Hi, I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
I’m also a mother, a woman of color, a first generation immigrant who understands what it’s like to feel unseen, unheard, and shaped by stories that weren’t mine to carry.

At Therapy Cocoon, I help all adults—especially women of color, first-generation immigrants, and cycle-breakers—heal emotional wounds from childhood, process anxiety, emotional and behavioral patterns including self-esteem, and break generational patterns. Whether you’re struggling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, fear of authority, fear of abandonment, relational wounds, or grief for the childhood you never had, feeling hurt from relationship with your body- your skin color, including grief from life long chronic illness, you’re not alone.

My work is culturally affirming and blends inner child healing, acceptance and commitment , attachment-focused, trauma informed, parts work, somatic experience work, mindfulness and culturally sensitive trauma care to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that still hurt—and give them the love, voice, and validation they’ve always needed.
